Black Country ICB is committed to improving the quality of annual health checks for people with learning disabilities and are working in partnership with Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to provide training for any practice staff involved with the delivery of annual health checks.

A virtual training webinar is planned to take place on Tuesday 11th February 2025 13:00 – 14:30 and will include information on:

  • Learning Disability awareness
  • LeDeR review process
  • Key Legislation Overview
  • Contractual Arrangements
  • The Annual Health Check Process including validating your register, organisation and delivery of the annual health check and actions after the health check
  • Audit process
