The West Midlands Combined Authority are offering free training to support a system wide approach to ensuring young people with neurodiverse conditions have better chances to get jobs and live healthier, more successful lives.

WMCA are working with Base UK to deliver two strands of training aimed at the following groups

 

Support staff – for those working with young people (16 ) to support them with career pathways and into employment

 

Employers – for those who want to adopt more inclusive practices and learn how to support young people into work
