The Practice Manager Peer Mentoring Programme is currently under review. If you require any further information, please contact primarycare.blackcountry@nhs.net.

Are you an existing or new manager in primary care who needs:

  • time to reflect on your own wellbeing,
  • support on practice developments and challenges,
  • support with making decisions on your personal development?

The Training Hub are offering fully funded mentoring to practice managers, assistant practice managers, PCN manager and business/operational managers working within the Black Country footprint.

You can access one to one mentoring support with one of our experienced Practice Manager Mentors for up to 12 hours over 12 months. The frequency and length of the sessions is mutually agreed between the mentee and mentor.

We are providing this as we recognise that practice managers are working extremely hard to support their practices through an ever-changing environment, which can bring many different opportunities and day to day challenges. Practice managers will be balancing a range of emotions, practice issues and often do not have time to reflect on their own personal issues, development needs or have the support to discuss practice issues or concerns.
