Healthwatch partners in the Black Country are working together to be the public champion for both health and social care services.
Healthwatch organisations are there to listen to your views and work with you to improve local services for everyone. If you have received good service, they want to hear from you so that your experience can improve local standards. If you are not happy about something they will listen to you and tell you how to raise a concern. Healthwatch then share their insight with local services so that improvements can be made. Within the Black Country, Healthwatch are represented at system and place partnerships to ensure this feedback is heard.
