Administrative Assistant for Nursing lead

We have 13 GP surgeries across the Black Country and Birmingham that total a patient base of upwards of 65,000. Majority of our sites are in Wolverhampton South East Primary Care Network, working closely with other PCN’s and also having a dedicated Access Hub and vaccination/Nursing site. We also have a dedicated Diabetes and Asthma Service as well as fully supportive back-office teams and a developing PCN workforce

We are looking for various team members to help develop and support our Practices, patients and services and the following role has become available:

 Administrative Assistant for Nursing lead

·       To have a good working knowledge of Primary Care

·       To have a good working knowledge of IT systems including word/excel/EMIS/Docman

·       To support the nursing team with administrative tasks to include managing databases, booking for patients in room                  allocation

·       Be closely involved in target setting and managing QOF/Enhanced services

·       To work closely with the whole nursing team to arrange and minute meetings nad manage actions

·       Service delivery involvement, design and development of systems

·       To be self-motivated and work on own initiative
