Guest speaker Ian Maidment – Professor in Clinical Pharmacy – Aston University. The presentation will discuss a large-scale NIHR Research Project studying medication management in older people on polypharmacy living in their own homes. Key topics include medicine adherence, patient views of medicines optimisation and key clinical interventions by Pharmacy staff and others.
