The Black Country Training Hub is working with Getting2Equity to support 'Cultural Competency Training'
This virtual training is available to Practice Managers, Receptionists, Admin Staff, Clinicians, and all Health Professionals.
COURSE OVERVIEW:
This course is for colleagues who want to deepen their understanding of cultural competence and improve their performance as a culturally competent leader.
It is the first step to beginning to:
- Understand how to lead teams and serve populations in a deeper way.
- Understand hoe to authentically engage across difference, connect and grow healthy, equitable and productive relationships.

The course duration is 2hrs and participants can book into any of the dates below.
