We would like to invite all practices to a learning event to help primary care get a heads up on the common themes and trends that are being picked up across the ICB.
This event will be held on Tuesday 8th October 12pm-1pm & Friday 11th October 11am-12pm, you only need to book onto one evet.
The aim of this event will be to share the learning and help practices get ready for their own CQC inspections and look at themes and trends to help reduce their own complaints and incidents to drive up patient safety.
Use this event to sense check your own processes, pathways and monitoring within primary care.
This event will draw on a range of sources looking at the themes and trends across the Black Country ICB relating to:
-CQC inspections
-Reported Incidents/ DATIX's
-Complaints and Patient Feedback
