Course Outcomes:Anatomy and physiology of normal healthy skin, stages of the wound healing process, factors which hinder wound healing, assessment tools, simple wound assessment, wound dressing techniques, safe removal of wound closure materials, removing staples and sutures.
Delivered by a Registered Nurse facilitator.
