Outcomes: Understand how the heart and the circulatory system work, How to take an accurate reading of pulse and blood pressure, normal ranges for pulse and blood pressure and causes of deviations from normal readings, recognise factors that affect blood pressure, how changes in lifestyle can help reduce high blood pressure.
