The virtual Polypharmacy Workshops are a set of x3 three-hour sessions delivered by experienced Pharmacists who have a wealth of knowledge the field.
The aim of these workshops is to:
- Highlight the issue of problematic Polypharmacy and why it should be an area of focus
- Build confidence in conducting Structed Medication Reviews (SMR’s)
- Provide attendees with the support to develop an Action & Implementation plan which can be further developed into an optional QI project.
The next set of sessions start 08th Jan. Held virtually via MS teams and are open to any healthcare professional completing Structured Medication Reviews in a primary care setting.
