This training, developed by Show Racism the Red Card, aims to help participants understand and combat racism in the workplace and beyond. It covers key concepts such as unconscious bias, intersectionality, allyship, privilege, and unconscious bias. The training is delivered by the EDI Team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
