The training includes the rights of religious people to practice their faith at work and for their religious beliefs to be respected in the provision of services, what other beliefs are protected, and how to balance protecting people's right to practising their beliefs with other aspects of EDI. This interactive session is delivered by the EDI Team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
