We would like to invite all practices to a learning event to help clinicians to think about safety planning with patients as way of supporting mental wellbeing and an approach to suicide prevention.   

The session will be cover why safety planning is important, how to complete one with patients, the importance of safety planning for yourself and some useful tools.

The sessions will be delivered by clinicians and experts by experience from Black Country Healthcare Trust.

There is no preparation required before the session however colleagues may find the recently published Staying Safe from Suicide guidance helpful, which can be found at this link:
