Join Primary Care Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Diagnostic Survey

The Black Country Integrated Care System has developed a four-year Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy.
 
This survey has been developed in collaboration with the Black Country ICB Training Hub to understand whether there are any learning and development needs within Primary Care in relation to EDI. 
 
The results of the survey will be used by the Black Country ICB Training Hub to start the development of targeted learning, development, and support opportunities for all staff groups within Primary Care.
