Looking to implement Modern General Practice (MGP)? Want to adapt your existing model to meet Modern General Practice?
Come along to the hear many examples of practical solutions that have improved both staff wellbeing and patient access and experience. The sessions will be delivered by practices from across the Black Country who have already successfully implemented key components of MGP. There will a panel of clinicians and managers where you have an opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable insight into the benefits, challenges, and solutions that you can take away to use in your practice. The interactive sessions will be on Teams in July so watch this space for further info!
In the meantime, we have a number of face-to-face sessions to help support practices with capacity and demand for each place.
Following the completion of the Modern General Practice Transition Applications many practices asked for a more hands-on capacity and demand session to support Level 4 achievement for this area. Two practice managers from Black Country practices that have achieved Modern General Practice will be providing their processes to identifying their capacity and demand. Practices can bring along their own data challenges with the opportunity to discuss and work through to find solutions.

Please note that the sessions in each place will be 11am to 2pm with a 11.30 start:
