Peer Mentoring Scheme- Now OPEN to all GPs, Allied Health Professionals, Pharmacists and Physician Associates.
The Mentoring scheme is now available to all GPs, Allied Health Professionals, Pharmacists and Physician Associates to access 1:1 support from our team of experienced mentors.
Mentees will be able to access up to seven hours of one-to-one support until March 2025. The length and frequency of the mentoring sessions can be mutually agreed with your mentor, and sessions can be held virtually or in person.
All the mentors are experienced clinicians from a range of professional groups, and mentees can select their preferred mentor regardless of role or location. Access to sessions will be subject to demand and mentor capacity. Please note that this scheme does not include backfill for mentees.
