The provider of the Black Country ICB’s Flexible Locum Pool, 'My Locum Manager' is part of TeamNet and has been in place since 1 October 2023.
This service provides greater efficiency to general practices and locum GPs. Registration and benefiting from the solution are free.
Through one system, TeamNet and the iLearn and My Locum Manager (MLM) add-ons, give practices and PCNs a system-wide information sharing, CQC compliance, HR, and workforce tool, with an integrated flexible staff pool and mandatory training platform.
TeamNet and MLM accommodates all healthcare professionals, not just locum GPs. This means salaried GPs, portfolio GPs, ARRS workforce, nurses, and administration staff – allowing you to source, book, and rota both your employed and self-employed staff across your workforce, all from the same platform.
There is no additional fee charged by MLM to practices that book locum sessions (rates, by session or hour, are negotiated between practice and locum).

Please note, while My Locum Manager is an add-on to TeamNet it can also be used as a standalone service, so practices do not have to have a TeamNet account to access the flexible staff pool.
We encourage locums to register with My Locum Manager so that they have access to the full extent of sessions available across the Black Country. By registering with MLM, locum clinicians will also have access to essential mandatory training modules at no cost via the iLearn add-on. For those who use the Clarity TeamNet appraisal tool, the training can be seamlessly added to your portfolio.

Select ‘Register Today’ followed by the ‘Locum’ option. Once registered, you set your availability, session rates, upload documentation and can connect with practices.
