  • The new NHS shared care record in the Black Country and surrounding areas. It will let the professionals who are directly involved with your care see relevant information about the care and treatment you’ve had across all services.

As a system, we've developed a Digital Strategy (2023-2026). It will be driven by three pillars; Digitise, Connect, and Transform.
